Guarantee & After-Sales Service

The fur assortment of our store product is guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase, subject to normal usage conditions and adherence to the instructions for use recommended by Feissifur. In the event that the product needs to be repaired during this guarantee period, the repair will be undertaken by our after-sales craftsmen providing that: the fur goods has been under fair wear and tear all through and has not been subjected to torn, perforated or otherwise treated inappropriately, etc. the problem has not been caused by inappropriate handling, or failure to maintain the product; the product has not been repaired in any way by any after-sales service other than that of our store or been interfered with by any person not approved by the seller; the product has not been modified in any way from its original condition.

What Products are Provided with the Warranty?

The items sold from Feissifur(s) that meet the following terms are guaranteed.

  • Products Purchased at Our Store

    We guarantee the highest quality of the fur products purchased at our store. Our sales managers keep record of all the orders you place. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, you can turn to our warranty service and they will settle the issue.
  • Products with Available Paid Check

    When you pay for the product you have chosen at our online fur store, you get the electronic invoice. It’s an important document, so please save it until the end of guarantee period. Products with available invoice will free you from headaches in case of warranty case
  • Products with Not Damaged Original Packing

    All products bought at our fur store are delivered to you in the original packing. Please save it till the end of warranty period because if you decide to return the item for some reason, it should have the original packing that is not damaged in any way.
  • Not Damaged Products

    If the fur products are not damaged in some or other way, they are liable to warranty. So, please, try not to drop, submerge them into liquids, tear or disassemble them. Just turn to our warranty service managers for help and they will answer all your questions as to the return and repair policy.
  • Products that Were Not Repaired By Third Parties

    If the fur products you return to our store have not been repaired by the third parties, they are liable to warranty. Don’t go to the street corner tailor's shop for repairing that is close to your house. Talk to our warranty technicians first, they are here to help you with any problem you may face.
  • Products that Were Not Used Longer than their Warranty Period

    You have the right to get our long term warranty for two years from the date of purchase. In case of that the fur product purchased from Feissifur needs to be repaired during this guarantee period, contact our service center via telephone, email or online chat. You will get all necessary instructions on how to deal with the issue.

Where to Apply for Warranty Services?

  • Step 1: Contact our online after-sale service manager

    In the event that the fur product purchased from our fur store needs to be repaired during this guarantee period, contact our after-sale service manager first.   • Step 2: Shipping the goods to us

    After the communication with our after-sale service manager and getting an agreement on the service, you are allowed to ship the goods back to us. Please use proper return address use that is provided from our service manager to ensure the valid return(s).
  • Step 3: Repairing and send back

    Service manager will inspect the item you wish to repair and do everything possible to settle your issue as quickly as possible. Any necessary repair will be undertaken by our after-sales craftsmen upon customer's requirement. After repairing is done, the fur goods will send back to you ASAP.

In What Cases the Warranty is Not Provided?

There can be nine limits for the Warranties issued with the purchase of the fur items on our website.

  • Damages from wear and tear

    Please note that our guarantee does not cover product damages that may have resulted from normal wear and tear of the product you have purchased from our store.
  • Misuse or abuse

    If the product purchased at our fur store has visual traces of misuse or abuse, this case is also not covered by guarantee services. The store can render repairing services at your expense.
  • Not branded items

    This warranty does not apply to any items not branded FEISSI by our company even if packaged or sold with our original products. Such kind of products may have the benefit of a manufacturer's warranty.
  • Expired warranty period

    The warranty of our fur products begins on the date of the purchase receipt and has a long term of period for two years. For the validity period, make sure to get our after-sale guarantee service within two years and the related items of overdue orders is considered to be expired of warranty.
  • Unauthorized repairing services

    When the fur product is being repaired or modified by unauthorized service organizations, technicians and craftsmen, the buyer loses his/her right for free warranty service.
  • Expired consumables lifetime

    Each consumable has its own guaranteed lifetime. When the lifecycle of consumables are expired, the warranty becomes not valid; they should be changed at the buyer’s expense.
  • The improper maintain and cleaning or washing

    When the fur goods has damaged due to the improper maintain and cleaning or washing, Feissifur doesn’t take any responsibility for the incident. Keep your fur in good condition by always taking to professional fur cleaning center when necessary if you want to keep your warranty valid.
  • The usage of unauthorized accessories

    If the product damaged during replacing the accessories from its surface or inside of it, like zippers, press studs, lining, our fur store won’t render the buyer free warranty services as the failure happened from the buyer’s fault.
  • Natural disaster

    Natural disaster is a force majeure the seller can’t prevent. So, when the product has failed from the natural disaster, the store is not obliged to refund or repair it.

Change and Return

If you are not satisfied with your purchase on arrival, you have fifteen (15) days starting from the delivery date to return or exchange the fur article. What should you do? There are two ways to claim your right to get this Change and Return service: 1. Contact our service center via telephone, email or online chat, or via submitting an online request by click here. You will get all necessary instructions on how to deal with the issue. We promise to handle your claim quickly and make you happy with your bargain. 2. Login to our web store and navigate to "My Account", access the orders menu. Inside the orders list, please seek the order you want to make the return and click the button "Return items". Select the product you want to return within the order. Select return cause within the pull-down menu. Select the type of return: money refund or change for another size or color. If the return is a size change or color change, please select the model you want to make the change from the pull-down menu that appears on the screen when selecting the option. Click the "Confirm Return" button. You started the return process! Wait for the confirmation email; it will explain your following steps.
